Do students have to use StREAM@Leeds?

No, StREAM@Leeds is intended to be a student led resource, it is not compulsory for students to access it in order to complete their studies at the University of Leeds. We understand that for some students being able to see their activity with digital systems is a beneficial tool but for others this level of information is not as useful. Should students choose to use StREAM@Leeds, this website has guides to support them in their use of the system.

Data is automatically imported into the system daily and the Student Education Service (SES) Team who support digital engagement monitoring are informed if a student's digital engagement drops below certain thresholds. As a result SES staff may contact students to offer support, based on this data, however it is up to the student whether they wish to use StREAM@Leeds directly.
