Who can see a student's StREAM@Leeds Dashboard/data? - Staff Guide

The only people who can see a student's StREAM@Leeds Dashboard and related data are:

• The student
• Select Student Education Service staff in the student's School/Faculty responsible for digital engagement monitoring.
• Their Academic Personal Tutor
• StREAM@Leeds administrators who manage the system and provide technical support

The University of Leeds takes access and ownership of data very seriously, and as part of its approach to learning analytics, has developed a Learning Analytics Code of Practice (opens in a new window).
