StREAM@Leeds calculates your daily Engagement Ratings by collecting data on your usage of key digital education systems. There can be instances where the data that is collected is not successfully ingested overnight into StREAM@Leeds. You can check whether data has been successfully ingested overnight by logging into StREAM@Leeds and looking at the Data Ingestion Indicator in the top right. This is the green or red circle with a date next to it.

If the Data Ingestion Indicator is green and displays yesterday's date, this means the data in StREAM@Leeds is up to date.

If the Data Ingestion Indicator is red and displays a date earlier than yesterday, then data is only available up to the date displayed. Administrators responsible for managing StREAM@Leeds monitor the data ingest daily and will work to get the system up to date as quickly as possible when data issues occur.

If your data doesn't look right, it may be because the data has not been successfully ingested yet. If the Data Ingestion Indicator is red, please login the following day to see if the issue has been resolved (data issues are typically resolved within 24 hours).
