What has happened?

Staff and students may have been unable to access Minerva (seeing a 503 error) or experienced slow loading times from 10:43 am to 12:00 pm today.

What is happening now?

Services have now been restored, although some users may have still experienced slowness or been unable to access Minerva around the times noted above.

Where can I go for help?

If you are experiencing problems, you can log in to the IT website and search for: Something broken? This will direct you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and provide details of your issue.
