Turnitin known issue – Grades not being posted to Minerva

There is an intermittent issue, which is affecting some users, where a grade entered in the Turnitin Feedback Studio is not being posted to the module Gradebook in Minerva. The vendor is currently investigating this.

Turnitin is the University’s plagiarism detection and marking tool.

While the issue is ongoing, staff encountering the issue can manually enter the grade directly in the Gradebook or clear the grade in Turnitin Feedback Studio and reapply to push the grade through.
