APT Essentials Course: dates now available for September & October

We look forward to Academic Personal Tutors joining us for this one-hour course where we will demonstrate how certain systems can be leveraged to help you prepare for and conduct successful APT meetings.

During this course you will learn how to: 

• Find out who your tutees are - see their photo, ratified marks, and programme details in StREAM@Leeds.
• Offer bookable meeting times to your tutees using Microsoft Bookings with Me. 
• Locate your tutee’s APT workbook in PebblePad. We will show you how to check if they have added discussion points, enabling you to tailor meetings to their goals and needs. 
• Document outcomes, such as recording meetings have taken place, reflections and follow up actions. 

By the end of the course, you will have an understanding of the systems designed to support your APT meetings. A range of course dates are available during September and October.
