Request access to StREAM@Leeds - SES Guide

SES staff who need access to the StREAM@Leeds Dashboards and reports for students within their school and/or faculty, to support the digital engagement monitoring process will need to complete a StREAM@Leeds access request form before they can access the system.

If you are unsure whether you require access please speak to your Programme Support Functional Manager (PSFM).

I need access as I support digital engagement monitoring, what should I do?

Please complete the StREAM@Leeds access request form, (on the IT website). You will need to be logged in to view the form.

The form will ask you to provide details of the faculty and school(s) you need to view StREAM@Leeds data for.

The form can be used to:

  • Apply for access to StREAM@Leeds for the first time
  • Make changes to your existing access
  • Request your access to the system is removed entirely

Do APT's need to request access?

No, Academic Personal Tutors (APT's) do not need to complete a StREAM@Leeds access request form to see the learning analytics for their tutees. Banner is used to pull this information through automatically and ensure APT's can see their tutees learning analytics dashboard.

What happens after you submit the form?

Once you submit your completed form, it is automatically sent to the relevant PSFM for approval. Once approved, Digital Education Systems colleagues will make the necessary updates within Banner to give you access.

How will I know that my request has been approved?

  1. You will receive an email from the IT Service Desk to confirm PSFM approval of your request.
  2. This will be followed by an email to confirm your request has been ‘fulfilled’ when the necessary updates have been made within Banner to give you access. Your PSFM will also receive an email once the request has been fulfilled.
  3. You should expect the changes to take effect within StREAM@Leeds the next working day after you receive the email advising that your request has been fulfilled.

What should I do if I have issues logging in?

Please create a support ticket for technical assistance (on the IT website), you will need to be logged in to view this form.
