Which students have a StREAM@Leeds learning analytics Dashboard? - Staff Guide

University of Leeds undergraduate and taught postgraduate students who are in full-time or part-time study who meet all of the following criteria will have a StREAM@Leeds Dashboard which displays their learning analytics:

  • Studying an active course and enrolled on an active module within that course.
  • Has either a RE, RO, RW or EL registration status.
  • Is an undergraduate and taught postgraduate student in full-time or part-time study.

If a student's registration status changes to one not listed above, they will no longer be visible in StREAM@Leeds.

If their registration status subsequently changes to one that is listed above, their StREAM@Leeds learning analytics will start calculating from the date their registration status was changed. StREAM@Leeds will not provide analytics for the time they did not meet the above criteria, however, analytics from the previous period when they meet the criteria should then be visible.
