Blackboard Forms - Staff Guide

Blackboard Forms can be used in a variety of situations to get feedback from your students. For example, you can use a Form to help you place students in a clinical placement or learn about student interests and opinions.

The following question types are supported in a Form:

  • Essay question
  • Likert question
  • Multiple Choice question
  • True/False question
  • Text
  • Local File
  • File from Cloud Storage

Student responses can be anonymous. You must select the anonymous setting before making the Form available to students. Click on the settings cog to open the settings panel.

Then enable Anonymous submissions in the Grading & Submissions section.

Students are advised that their submission will be anonymous before they fill in the Form.
