LinkedIn Learning: Essential Maintenance, 31 January 2025

What’s happening?

We will be updating the security certificate in LinkedIn Learning on Friday 31 January 2025, between 09:00am and 10:00am GMT.

How will it affect me?

During the transfer from the old to the new certificate, users accessing the platform will experience brief downtime, lasting around five minutes.

Where do I go for help?

If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, log in to the IT website and search: Something broken? This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
