Can't see any students in your Pebblepad APT workspace or in StREAM@Leeds?

There are usually one of two reasons why you might not see any students.

Is this the first time you've logged into PebblePad?

When you log into PebblePad for the very first time, an account is instantly created for you in the system. However, you will need to wait for a day for the connection between PebblePad and Banner to refresh overnight, for your tutee allocations to appear the next day.

Return the following day, check you ATLAS dashboard via the blue globe icon, and you should find your APT workspaces have appeared. If not, please see the next tip…

Have your tutee allocations been completed?

SES teams in your school allocate your tutees to you in Banner. PebblePad and StREAM@Leeds source their information about tutor and tutee allocations from Banner.

If you are not seeing your expected tutees in either of these systems, or you cannot log into StREAM at all, it is advisable to check with the SES team in your school to check if your tutee allocations have been completed.
