Request University-wide Communications in Minerva
Minerva has a mechanism for sending announcements (but not emails) to University-wide groups of users (for example, all undergraduates). These announcements appear in the Activity Stream of the recipients.
Staff can request an announcement by submitting a Minerva Publicity Request. Please give at least one week’s notice for a request. You will need to login to the IT website to be able to view this form.

Request a Merged Module
Merged modules group two or more modules in Minerva to create a new instance that includes all of the original modules’ enrolments. If you have some teaching which is shared across modules that have separate CRN’s on Banner, using the module merge facility may save you time as you will only need to maintain one Minerva module area.

Library staff only - Request temporary Minerva module access
Library staff can use this form to request temporary module access in Minerva to support with Reading List queries or issues. Access will be removed after 14 days. You'll need to be logged into the IT website to view this form.
Request a Microsoft Team
You can request a new Microsoft Team or Class Team which does not need to be linked to the enrolment of a Minerva module, merged module or organisation by completing the request form available on the IT website.
