Is StREAM@Leeds used for attendance or digital engagement monitoring?

StREAM@Leeds is not used for attendance monitoring. The physical attendance of students for in-person on-campus teaching will continue to be monitored according to the usual practice within Schools.

StREAM@Leeds is used to support digital engagement monitoring process. Student Education Service team members involved in supporting digital engagement monitoring may reach out to students to discuss the information within StREAM@Leeds as they are informed by the system if a student's digital engagement drops below certain thresholds. However, the digital engagement monitoring process is not meant to be punitive, students may be contacted to offer support and guidance.
