How enrolments in Organisations are created and maintained - Staff Guide

Staff and student access to Modules and Organisations in Minerva are known as enrolments. Organisation enrolments are also known as org enrolments.

Student enrolments

Organisations based on faculties, schools, and programmes are usually based on information held in Banner to ensure the correct students have access, however other Organisations may require staff to add students manually. Leaders, Assistants and Builders can enrol students manually - for step-by-step guidance on how to do this, see Manually enrol users as students to modules/organisations. Another option is to request an organisation which allows students to 'self enrol' - for more information on this, see the section '2. Staff enrolments

Staff permissions must always be added manually. To request a staff role in an Organisation, contact the IT Service Desk. Please specify which role you would like the member of staff to have. Please also include the name of an existing member of the Organisation (staff member) who we will contact to check we can carry out your request.
