Athena TDM Known Issue: Password Reset Error
There is a known issue with the Password Reset feature on Athena TDM, learners attempting to reset their password will see an error message. We have reported this to the supplier and they are investigating.
Until this is resolved, if a new Athena password is required, learners should submit an IT contact form to request a password reminder, please include:
- your name and email
- in the 'Your query field' enter: FAO Digital Education Systems, Athena password reset needed
