Automatic cleanup of archive and exports in Minerva

If you use the archive or export function within Minerva modules or organisations they will, going forward, be auto deleted after a specified time. The latest update to Minerva on the evening of the 3rd March will introduce a retention period for any staff created archives or exports. Any created prior to this date will be retained for 90 days, and will be auto deleted on the 1st June 2022. Those created on or after the 3rd March will be auto deleted after 30 days.

This change has been introduced to reduce the amount of storage used in Minerva, where previously any archives or exports created would have been retained indefinitely. If you need to retain a copy beyond this time, please download a copy prior to the retention period expiration.
