A small number of Collaborate recordings made on the 18th of January may not contain whiteboard content.

The Digital Education Systems Team have been informed that some Collaborate recordings made on the 18th of January may not contain whiteboard content shared during the session. Content shared using application sharing was not affected.

The vendor has resolved the issue which caused this incident - future recordings should not be affected.
