How to request a change to the owner of a lecture capture/Mediasite recording

As part of the support for Mediasite lecture capture DES now provide a Change Owner service to schools/departments who do not presently have one, via the IT website. This does not involve modifying the current workflow for schools/departments who have a local Change Owner service.

Any staff in locally supported schools/departments who use the request form on the IT website will be directed to contact their local Change Owner and provided their details. Staff who wish to request a change are advised to refer to the Request a change to the owner of a lecture capture/Mediasite recording guide on the IT website.
