Issue with third party tools in Minerva

We are aware of a global issue affecting third-party integrated tools in Minerva.

How will this affect me?

While Blackboard has informed us that the issue is partly resolved, both staff and students may still be unable to access the following tools in Minerva:

When will the issue be resolved?

Blackboard is monitoring its systems following the initial issue being resolved. We will continue to keep you updated and will let you know when the issue is fully resolved.

Where do I go for help?

If you are experiencing issues with Minerva, log in to the IT website and search: Something broken? This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
