IT Support: May Bank Holiday
The University is closed on Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 May 2025 for the May Bank Holiday.
During this time, you can search our site for advice on digital education systems, or visit the IT website for self-help, tips and information, to log that something is broken, or to request equipment or software. You can also use IT’s chatbot, Falco for general help and advice.
What to do if you need help
It will be possible to log requests with the IT Service Desk if you are having technical issues. While we are closed, we will be prioritising support for critical issues only and your query may not be responded to until 28 May.
We appreciate your patience during this period, and we look forward to resuming normal support hours on 28 May.

If you are having technical issues, please login to the IT website, search for Something broken? and complete the form with your details. You can also access out-of-hours phone service (0113 343 3333) will be available 24/7, where you can leave a message to log your issue.
