IT Support over the forthcoming Bank Holiday

The University and the IT Service Desk will be closed during the Bank Holiday on Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 August 2023. During this time, you can get IT support in several ways:

IT self-help

Alongside the help guides on this website, you can also visit the IT website for self-help, tips and information, or to request equipment or software, you can also chat with Falco, IT’s 24/7 chatbot.

Logging tickets

All digital education systems will be monitored to ensure service provision during these closure periods. It will still be possible to open support tickets via the IT website which will be looked at when the University reopens.  IT will also have a basic out-of-hours phone service (0113 343 3333), which will be available 24/7 while the University is closed.
