IT Support over the forthcoming Bank Holidays

The University, and the IT Service Desk, will be closed during the Bank Holiday on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 May 2023. During this time you can get IT support in a number of ways:

IT self-help

Along with the self-help guides on this website, you can visit the IT website for self-help, tips and information. Visit the IT website to log that something is broken, or to request equipment or software, you can also chat with Falco, IT’s 24/7 chatbot.

Logging tickets

All digital education systems will be monitored to ensure service provision during these closure periods. It will still be possible to log tickets via the IT website, which will be looked at when the University reopens.  IT will also have a basic out of hours phone service (0113 343 3333), which will be available 24/7 while the University is closed.
