Minerva - Recording tool in Announcements failing to upload recordings

In Minerva, there is currently an issue with the option to create recordings from Announcements. Although staff can launch the recording tool and attempt to make a recording, when they try to upload/save the recording, it fails. Recordings made for Blackboard Assignment/Test feedback are not affected by this issue.

This issue has been reported to our supplier for investigation. Apologies for any inconvenience.
