Resolved: Scheduled lecture capture recordings not starting as expected

IT have worked with the vendor to identify and resolve the issue. We expect normal service to resume on Monday. Scheduled lecture capture recordings will continue to be monitored carefully throughout the day.
From Monday, if teaching staff notice their scheduled lecture capture recordings do not start as expected, they should use ad-hoc recording for their teaching session and report the issue to the IT Service Desk. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
