What's happening?

Ally  will undergo planned maintenance on Saturday 11 October between 5:00am - 1:00pm BST.

How will this affect me?

During this time, Ally tools such as Alternative Formats, Accessibility Reporting and Instructor Feedback may be delayed and there may be short periods where Ally is unavailable. During any downtime, all files uploaded to or created in Minerva will be scanned by Ally once the system is back online.

Where can I get help?

If you experience technical issues after the maintenance period, you can log in to the IT website and search for: Something broken? This will direct you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and provide details of your issue.
