The Library and Digital Education Service are inviting all staff and students to a new workshop series to explore and learn about podcasting, including technical audio, scripting and performance skills.  They’re open to everyone and are suitable for all regardless of experience.

Workshop Details

  • All sessions are in-person
  • At the end of the series, you will have access to a Minerva site where materials and outputs from all five sessions will remain available.

Who can attend the Podcasting Skills Series?

  • These sessions are open to all staff and students within the University
  • Each session begins with an optional 30-minute introduction covering the core skills of podcasting
  • No previous experience is required, but some awareness of other podcasts is encouraged.

How do I sign up, and do I need to attend all workshops?

Sign up for one or all the workshops – it's up to you!  Spaces are limited so make sure you book your place now.  You can also sign up to a waiting list for those sessions that are full.

If you haven't previously listened to podcasts, you can explore others created at the University as part of our Podcast Network page.
