Some staff find submissions to Blackboard Assignment do not load

What is happening?

Some staff find submissions to Blackboard Assignment do not load inline when they go to mark them. They see a white screen where the submission should be.

Workaround

Refreshing the browser typically resolves the issue. If this does not resolve the problem for you, please login to the IT website, search for Something broken? and complete the form.

When will this be resolved?

This is an ongoing issue. Our supplier is aware and is working on a resolution.
