The University will be closed for the Easter break between Thursday 6 April and Tuesday 11 April 2023.

IT self-help and logging a ticket

You can visit the IT website for self-help, tips and information, and you can also chat with Falco, IT’s 24/7 chatbot. You will need to be logged in to get the most from the IT website.

Help with digital education systems

Logging support tickets

All digital education systems will be monitored to ensure service provision during this period. It will still be possible to log tickets via the IT website, and these will be answered when the University reopens on Wednesday 12 April 2023. IT also have a basic out of hours phone service (0113 343 3333), which will be available 24/7 during the Easter closure period.
