What's happening?

Top Hat will undergo scheduled maintenance on Thursday 28 December 2023, from 14:00pm GMT until Saturday 30 December 2023 02:00am GMT.

How does it affect me?

During this period Top Hat, including LTI 1.3 integrations, will not be available. This includes access via Minerva and the mobile application.

Where can I get help?

If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, log in to the IT website and search: Open an IT ticket. This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
