Turnitin: Schedule Maintenance

What's happening?

Turnitin will undergo a 30-minute scheduled maintenance period on Saturday 18 November 2023.  Turnitin is the University’s plagiarism detection and marking tool. 

How does it affect me?

During this period, Turnitin Similarity services will not be available. This includes access via Minerva and the mobile application.

Where can I get help?

If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, log in to the IT website and search: Open an IT ticket. This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
