Using the Top Hat Concierge Service to get help setting up January assessments

Top Hat offers a Concierge Service to help staff populate their Top Hat courses with content (e.g. MCQ questions). If you are intending on using Top Hat for January summative assessments and on using the Concierge Service to create your content, please take note of the following dates:

Christmas and New Year closures: Due to Christmas and New Year closures, please submit your requests to the Concierge Service no later than the 10th of December 2021 to ensure that content is returned to you within the standard 14 day turnaround time. Requests submitted between 11 December 21 and 3 January 22 will fall between close dates and will not be returned within the 14 day turnaround time. The Concierge Service will resume normal opening hours from the 4th of January 2022.

General Guidance: Usual turnaround times are 2 weeks from the date of the request, please ensure you give yourself enough time to check the content that is returned to you, e.g. are the marks correctly assigned, is the formatting correct – before the content needs to be released to your students.
