How do I share my work with an External Assessor in PebblePad?

If your course involves sharing your PebblePad workbook with an external assessor, the way that you do this will depend on how the workspace you submit to has been set-up.

Automatic sharing with an external assessor

In some cases, you will not need to do anything other than save your work.  It will then automatically be shared for assessment with your tutor and your external assessor.

Active sharing with an external assessor

In other cases, you may need to actively share your workbook with your external assessor.  If you need to so this, you should be notified by your tutors.

These are the steps to actively share your workbook.

Open your workbook (or click on the icon to the left of it in your asset store) and go to I want to>Share:

You will be presented with the option to share with an external assessor:

Enter the external assessor's email address and click on the magnifying glass to allow PebblePad to find the external.  Once the external's name has appeared, click share asset.
