Inviting your students to sign up and join the simulation - Staff Guide
Once you have set up your SimVenture Evolution simulation, you will need to share the simulation link and join code details with your students. When students click the simulation link they will be prompted to sign up.
As this link will work for anyone who receives it, we recommend you share it securely through Minerva. When your students sign up, this will generate a licence request. You will then see their licence request in the SimVenture Evolution Control Tower for you to approve.
In your Module Content Area in Minerva, create a link so that you can share the simulation link with your students. You will also need to share the join code for the simulation, as your students will need this to sign up.

Once a student completes the sign-up process, you will see their request to join in your SimVenture Control Tower, and will need to approve their licence request.

Further guidance on this is provided during the orientation session with your SimVenture Learning & Development Manager (LDM). If you have not yet had an orientation session please complete the LDM Orientation Session Request form and we will pass your contact details onto SimVenture and they will arrange a session for you.
