What is happening?
Ally will undergo planned maintenance on Saturday 8 February between 05:00 and 13:00 GMT.
What does this mean?
During this period, Ally features such as Course Reporting, Instructor Feedback and Alternative Formats may be delayed or unavailable. Files uploaded to Minerva during this time will be queued to be scanned, but processing may be delayed following the maintenance window while working through any backlog.
Where do I go for help?
If you are experiencing technical issues after the maintenance period, log in to the IT website and search: Something broken? This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
