A small subset of Collaborate users may have experienced an error when joining sessions today

There has been an incident affecting Collaborate and a small subset of Collaborate users may have temporarily experienced an A00 error when joining sessions on 2 February 2023. 

Users can refresh their browser to reconnect to the session.
