Minerva will be unavailable on Friday 29 November from 12:30am to 6:30am (GMT) due to essential maintenance. This maintenance is scheduled to minimise the impact on assessments, while ensuring students have support available following the downtime.

How will this affect me?

Module leaders with assessment deadlines in Minerva close to the downtime window on the 28 and 29 November will be contacted directly to advise them of the planned downtime.

Students should download any content they need access to prior to the maintenance window.

Where do I go for help and support?

If you experience technical issues after the maintenance period, you can log in to the IT website and search for: 'Something broken?' This will direct you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and provide details of your issue.
