Gradescope and Third Party Cookie Settings


We’ve been advised that some staff and students have experienced issues when trying to access Gradescope via Minerva.

How do I resolve this?

To link Gradescope to your Minerva account, you need to allow third-party cookies. If these third party cookies are blocked on your browser, then the site you are entering doesn't know who you are or what account to link your work to. You will see errors such as:

  • Almost there...we're launching the selected LTI tool (Safari)
  • refused to connect (Chrome)

Where do I go for help?

If you need further assistance, log in to the IT website and search: Something broken?. This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
