Gradescope error message shown when posting grades to Minerva

What's happening?

Staff posting grades to Minerva from Gradescope are seeing an error message

"Error posting grades. Please see our troubleshooting guide."

Our testing shows that the grades will still appear in the Gradebook column for the assignment, so you should be able to ignore the message. Please check the Minerva Gradebook to confirm the grades have been posted and if you are still seeing issues please report it to us by logging an IT ticket.

What happens next?

We have reported the issue to our supplier and they are working to resolve this issue and we will provide updates as we have them.
