Inaccuracies with automatically created Minerva Groups in School and Faculty organisations

We have become aware of inaccuracies in the membership of student groups (specifically made for communications) within School and Faculty organisations. Whilst these are investigated we advise that staff should not use these groups, as it may lead to students missing out on communications or receiving irrelevant information.

We are working with colleagues in IT to test a potential solution for the issue, and will update staff on progress later this week.
