Intermittent Minerva Data Feeds Issues
What is happening?
We are aware of intermittent issues affecting some Minerva data feeds. On certain days, updates to staff and student accounts or enrolments may not be processed as expected.
How does this affect me?
- New staff or student accounts taking longer than usual to appear in Minerva.
- Updates to existing accounts (such as changes to availability) not applying overnight.
- Enrolments on some modules and organisations (including merged 2024/25 and 2025/26 modules, non‑term based organisations such as faculties, schools, Academic Integrity, and Minerva Staff Training Organisations) not updating nightly.
Any updates that fail will normally be picked up and processed when the feeds next run successfully (typically the following day).
When will this be resolved?
Our supplier is investigating the cause of the intermittent failures. We will provide further updates as soon as we receive more information.
If you continue to experience delays, please log a ticket via the IT website.
