Issue: Turnitin description not saving

We are aware of an issue where some descriptions added to Turnitin submission points are not saving or updating Minerva.

Current Status

This issue has been reported to Turnitin and they are working on fixing this issue as a matter of urgency.

Work around

Until Turnitin fix the issue, we ask that if users notice that their description is not saving or pulling through to Minerva, they instead add the description into Minerva (which will update Turnitin). To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the submission point within Minerva that your description did not save too.
2. Click on the three dots icon on the right hand side of the submission point
3. In the Description field, enter text as required.
4. Select Save.
