What's happening?

Some students using the Gradescope mobile app on Android devices may experience a timeout when attempting to scan and upload a submission with the app.

What do I need to do?

Students should take photos of the submission first and then use the app to upload these since it is possible to submit existing files on the device via the app.

What happens next?

Our supplier is aware and working to resolve this issue and we will provide updates as we have them.
