Minerva: Enrolment data feeds issues
What is happening?
We are aware of intermittent issues affecting some Minerva data feeds. Sometimes, updates to staff and student enrolments may not be processed as expected. Minerva account creation is unaffected.
How does this affect me?
Enrolments on some modules and organisations (including merged 2025/26 and 2026/27 modules, non‑term based organisations such as faculties, schools, Academic Integrity, and Minerva Staff Training Organisations) are not updating nightly.
Any updates that fail will normally be picked up and processed when the feeds next run successfully.
When will this be resolved?
We are investigating the cause of the intermittent failures. We will provide further updates as soon as we receive more information.
If you continue to experience delays and require urgent access, please log a ticket via the IT website, providing the relevant module or organisation name/code.
