Update: Minerva Data Feeds Issue Resolved

We recently experienced intermittent issues affecting Minerva data feeds, where on certain days, updates to staff and student accounts or enrolments did not always process as expected, but would normally be picked up and processed when the feeds next ran successfully (typically the following day).

What is happening now?

This issue has now been resolved. All data feeds are running successfully, and accounts and enrolments in Minerva should now be fully up-to-date. We will continue to monitor the feeds.

Where can I get help?

If you are experiencing further issues, log in to the IT website and search: Something broken? This will take you to a form where you can create a new IT ticket and record the details of your issue.
