Minerva – fix to be applied overnight: 19 May 2am to 5am

As reported on 17 May, Minerva is currently experiencing performance issues. The Activity Stream is not loading and staff may experience issues copying content between or within modules and organisations.

To resolve these issues, our vendor will apply a fix overnight.

When is this happening?

The fix will be applied: Thursday 19 May 02:00-05:00 BST.

How will this affect me?

During this period, users may notice short interruptions to the service and Minerva may be slower than usual. Therefore we strongly recommend that assessments are not submitted during this time period. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
