Minerva Gradebook Filter Error

When clicking on the filter option in the Gradebook grid view, an error message pops up titled "Sorry! Your name isn't on the list". When you click the close option you are taken out of the module and back to your list of modules on Minerva.

We have escalated the issue with the vendor and will update when we have further information.
