Resolved: Minerva - Intermittent Issue

Service Disruption

Our supplier has advised that the issue causing staff and students to intermittently see errors with content loading in Minerva is now resolved.

The nature of the issue means some individual computers may still experience the issue although this will resolve itself. If you are still experiencing the issue and have administrative rights to your computer, you can speed up a resolution by clearing the local DNS cache. Instructions on how to clear cache for different operating systems (external link) are available.
