Minerva is currently experiencing an intermittent issue affecting the file upload procedure. Staff may find that files do not upload successfully at some times while at other times the function works as expected.
We have escalated this issue with the vendor as a matter of urgency, and we will provide an update once this issue has been resolved.
Until this is resolved, staff who are experiencing this issue can add files directly to the Minerva Content Collection and then link to these in their module. Please see our guide detailing this workflow.
