Service Disruption

The scheduling issue (first reported on the 2nd of October) has been addressed and we have made good progress with the supplier of our Lecture Capture service to resolve some associated issues. We believe the system is now working as expected, but will continue to monitor it. Scheduled lecture recordings should now automatically start as expected.

If you are teaching on campus and have requested that your teaching be recorded, please be sure to check if the red ‘recording’ light is on before you start your session. If it is not, please use the Record Now facility (note that this can take a couple of minutes to set up).
