Panopto Service Disruption

What is happening?

Panopto noticed errors when users were attempting to access/authenticate into the Panopto site. They have made us aware of a brief window of service disruption in the EU Cloud between 12:40 and 13:00 on Friday 13 February.

How does this affect me?

Users could have been unable to access the service. This issue has been investigated and mitigated by our Development team and we continue to monitor our metrics to ensure availability.
